Hi there. I run a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means, aside from original artwork and prints, I don't hold any inventory. I actually work with production partners to produce my inventory as needed.
As my customers place orders with me, I place orders with my suppliers to produce the items for them. I do this to keep my costs low and quality high.
With that said, I want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered in good condition and without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, I will offer you a replacement or a refund and you keep the item.
However, because items are produced on demand with my production partners, I reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for any other reasons. If there are extenuating circumstances for you requesting a refund or exchange, please feel free to reach out to me by emailing me the details of your request.
